Updates and Extras!

Mayfield Minority Enrichment will teach life skills, physical and mental health, accountability, social skills, develop post-secondary goals, present awards and much more through enrichment opportunities to students in grades 4-12.

Mayfield Minority Enrichment in partnership with the local NAACP sponsored a Black History Month participation drawing. Participants in the Mayfield Independent School District grades 4-12 where able to submit art, poems, or writing related to Black History Month for a chance to win one of six backpacks filled with tshirt, gift card, and school supplies. The backpacks where delivered to winning students by Derrick Parrott, and Bruce Dobbins. (1 student was absent)

Mayfield Minority Center in partnership with local community members will be hosting the 2nd Annual Juneteenth Celebration at Eddie Williams Park 6/19-6/20. Stay tune, this year will be bigger and better.
